Hilary Higgins is an experienced commercial and editorial photographer. With a background in community engagement and development, her focus is on how we relate to ourselves, each other and society.

We all want to be seen. Even now, in a time of total visual saturation and influencer culture, we often yearn to be seen and loved for who we really are. I believe that every person deserves to have at least one photo of themselves that they hold dear and can show off proudly. My job is to create the space and energy for those photos to come to life.

A few people I’ve worked with include Walgreens, Amazon, Food Network Magazine, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Heisler Hospitality, Allstate, Wintrust Financial Corporation, Chicago Magazine, and the Chicago Tribune. I can’t wait to hear about your latest project!

A few people that I would LOVE to work with include Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls, Athleta, Patty Griffin, Stern Pinball and/or literally anyone who thinks they can’t take a good picture. I will prove you wrong or give you $5.
